Being dramatic!

Elm Class have got into the swing of things today and have been very dramatic in preparation for our Theatre performance on Friday.

This morning we took part in a performance workshop with two actresses from The Watermill Theatre in Newbury. They taught us about being bold with our moves, how to freeze frame and we developed our own twisted traditional tales too. We also tried performing to an audience which will be all around us! It was lots of fun!

This afternoon we started to develop our performance of The Wolf’s Story back in class.  Whilst this was happening some of us made props ready to enhance our characters. Thank you to Mrs Morris, Mrs Tilbury and Mrs Gorvin for getting creative over the last couple of days.

Please note that Book Week School Meeting starts at 2.15pm which is earlier than previously stated. This is because each class has so much to share!
