Up and running!

Yes! Our new Elm Class blog is enabled and we can bring you up to date! We’ve been very busy so far.

Our five friendship spider plants are all planted. The idea is that by the end of the year, we’re all be able to have a plant from these original five. They’re all rooting strongly and ready to be repotted soon. Then we’ll be looking for homes for them over half term!

We had a great Dahl Day and enjoyed looking at James and the Giant Peach.

imageThese are some of our pictures in the style of Quentin Blake, Dahl’s illustrator.

We’ve also had an RE day when we acted out (brilliantly) to the rest of the school the story of Daniel and the Lions.

We’re all enjoying our Roman topic. Our hand puppets are coming along slowly but precisely! We’ll be looking for some machinists to help us sew them together soon.image image

We’re writing speeches for Boudicca at the moment. Watch out for these to be see-sawed home once we’ve completed our best copy.
