Feast Day
A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make the Anglo Saxon Feast so successful; the parents for providing the costumes and helping to eat the stew, the children for their ‘waiting’ skills on the day and to the staff and parents who helped prepare all the food. It was a brilliant afternoon , so thank you.
Don’t forget to comment ( and invite other family members to do the same) on any of our class blogs – the children will love to receive feedback on their work.
Anglo-Saxon preparations
The children all enjoyed making their Anglo-Saxon broaches- I think you’ll agree that they turned out really well!
The children worked hard hard putting their finishing touches to their drama for the Beowolf poem ready to perform to parents.
Mrs Taylor gave the children some cooking lessons, making chicken stew for the feast.
